Privacy & Do-Not-Contact Requests
We honor every opt-out and privacy-rights request promptly, free of charge, and in full compliance with the GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA, the CAN-SPAM Act, and Texas consumer-protection law. You never need an account or a reason to make a request.
Stop Mail, Calls, or Emails
If you received a letter or postcard from Real Value Land LLC, or submitted an inquiry and no longer want to hear from us, you can:
- Email [email protected] with the response code printed on your mailer, if available.
- Call (830) 555-0142 and reference your mailer's response code.
- Write to Real Value Land LLC, P.O. Box 1128, Kerrville, TX 78029, United States.
Opt-out requests are processed within 10 business days. You may still receive mail that was already in production when you asked. We keep a minimal suppression record (name and address or email) so that we do not contact you again; tell us if you would rather we did not.
Exercise Your Data-Protection Rights
Under the EU and UK GDPR, and equivalent laws such as the California CCPA/CPRA, you can ask us to:
- Confirm and access what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy.
- Correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your personal data.
- Export the data you gave us in a machine-readable format (portability).
- Restrict or object to how we use your data, including any direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave, for example on the seller inquiry form.
To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request," call (830) 555-0142, or write to the address above. Please tell us which right you are exercising and the name, email, or phone number you used with us so that we can find your record.
What Happens Next
- We will acknowledge your request and respond within 30 days. If a request is unusually complex we may take up to two further months, and we will tell you why within the first 30 days.
- Before we release or delete data we may ask you to confirm your identity, for example by replying from the email address on file. This protects you from someone else acting in your name.
- Requests are free. If a request is manifestly unfounded or repetitive we may charge a reasonable fee or decline, and we will explain why.
- Some data must be kept for a period after a completed land transaction because Texas property, tax, and accounting law requires it. We will tell you if that applies to your request.
- You may use an authorized agent; we will ask for written proof of their authority.
If You Are Not Satisfied
We would appreciate the chance to resolve any concern directly. You also have the right to complain to your data-protection supervisory authority. In the EU that is the authority of the member state where you live or work; in the UK it is the Information Commissioner's Office. Our full Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
